[git] Evasion does not grant listed Defense bonus

In commit 4ea96fef35494b5c6c72bb893e5cb3b5d8f517b2, the Evasion talent was changed to grant a Defense bonus (as part of the infinite scaling changes).

But the Evasion timed effect does not actually use the defense bonus passed in as a parameter, so the bonus doesn't work.
