[1.0.4] Wayist summons 2 yeeks without going on cooldown

If Wayist is only able to summon 1 or 2 yeeks, it will print "Not enough space to summon!" and return false, leaving itself off cooldown...but still summons those 1 or 2 yeeks. With appropriate terrain, you can easily summon 10 or more yeek mindslayers instantly.
