[Git] Scrollbars broken

On the current version, due to the libraries used, scrollbars are broken for me on Windows 7 64-bit. I can use arrow keys but with the mouse wheel or dragging it doesn't get more than a small tick from quite a bit of moving and is sporadic.

Try out this build. It's the same t-engine code built against 1.0.0RC2 libs.

While the worked and I expected it to do so I guess it doesn't really solve the problem (though really it's caused by the library developer not you guys)
