[1.04] Persistent Heroism Bug OR Lying Tooltip

When a heroism infusion runs out and you're at negative (displayed as ???) hp, you don't die. You just chill at 0 and the game proceeds normally. Which is strange, because the tooltip distinctly says "... you will die if you did not heal before the effect ends."

Reported it before, and didn't see any change so either it's intentional, in which case the tooltip should probably be changed, and it should be noted that it more or less dominates shielding runes for non-aegis people. Or maybe it just got lost in the spam of bug reports for any new version
