Conduit with Mindlash is still broken / is broken again.
If you have Conduit up and use Mindlash, the damage from Conduits range is unlimited.
Mindlash has a range of 5, if I use it on an enemy 10 spaces away it still takes damage from what my Conduit does.
This dosent seem intended?
