Shops don't open in the town Derth - Any way to fix it?

Hi all, I'm playing the game and it seems my savegame coming from an auto save has a big problem. In the town South West to Old Forest, click on a shop door doesn't open anymore the shop panel.

Is there any way to fix that? That would be awful to drop my character because of this and continue play it with that problem will obsess me and spoil my fun.

I haven't tried another town, will check it, but I tried multiple shops and I know where click to have the shop panel.

EDIT: I tried another town more to south and I could open shops fine. I came back to Derth and still can't open any shop here, seems the save of this town is corrupted. And I registered and paid with a gift yesterday, how ironical. Well if anyone can help please.

EDIT2: Same problem with the alchemist house, I already started the affair but come back to conclude will be impossible. I also could talk with the guy of the arena and start it. After shops was still impossible to open in that town. And it's beginning of the game, still no special events occurred. Please heeeelp!

Ok character deleted, after to have get two armies of ants on my shoulders and a NPC to escort at same, in old forest. Character with infinite resurrect but got disgusted. Ok quitting for some time the game. I regret have gift a single penny on this. But that's just current irritation, interesting stuff anyway and a day I'll perhaps come back to it.

if you are playng in windows:

in you browser go to c:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\T-Engine\4.0\tome\save\[character name]

and delete the file
