Endless (not quite, but close) loop of errors (shivgoroth)

I'm going to explain as best I can exactly what happened. I descended from the water level of the old forest to the next level (after that is the fortress and the fight with the weirdling beast). First thing I see is a level 20 dreaming horror elite nearby. I'm an archmage, with rank 5 shivgoroth form set to auto-cast when enemy is in sight. I also have Freeze (rank 5 as well) bound to cast on left click. As soon as I load into the floor, the first thing I do is click on the dreaming horror to freeze it. Next thing I know I'm being sent to the dreamscape with an endless (almost) loop of error spam on my screen. I sent SEVERAL reports (lol), so I didn't take a screenshot, but with the reports (not sure if they have a time stamp on them, b/c if so they should be easy to find--an hour~ish before this, and a whole bunch at once, unless it glitched and didn't send some/all of them) and this thread, it should be easy to track down. I noticed in my chat log, I had a bunch of spam messages about shivgoroth form, so I'm pretty sure that's the root or at least a contributing part of the problem.
