[1.0] Can switch places while pinned?

I was playing in Escape from Reknor as a Mindslayer and I got pinned. I then however was still able to switch places with Norgan. Is this a bug or WAD?

This is not a bug, you can always switch places with allies while pinned. Really this should be in the FAQ.

Well, it is known (and acknowledged by DarkGod), but I still think it's funky and could be modified. Supposedly, the rationale is the friendly adjacent NPC is helping you move. This by itself could be fine. BUT, switching places with friendly NPCs while pinned takes no energy! Heh, if one has a bunch of summons or minions, then one can move several tiles instantly.
