[1.0] Mindlash description misleading

The description for the Psionic/Focus talent Mindlash says it does "%d damage in addition to any Conduit damage." However, it appears that the Conduit damage is only added if the Mindslayer is using a gem or mindstar as a focus. The description does mention that Mindlash is "[improved] considerably" when channeled through a gem or mindstar, but the (false) implication is that you still do Conduit damage when TK wielding a weapon.
