[Player Doll] Broken mindstar overlays

Hi, I believe this bug has been around since mindstars were originally developed. It's probably just a minor oversight, but living and pulsing mindstars don't show up on the player doll when equipped. Afaik, it's both hands, both types. Thanks!

only pulsing, but yeah fixed
