Now that chat's a bit busier it would nice if you could message someone and it pops up on there screen rather than getting lost among the message spam. Similar to when DG makes an anouncement.

I don't know if I'd like the interruption while playing. Also, your name is going to be coloured and underlined in chat, making it easier to notice.
