level 2 prodigy

Make the prodigy have 2nd level, which requires level 50(of course), higher state(80?), and more powerful.
I come out this idea because some Boss actually do have level 2 prodigy, so why don't us?

Which boss has 'level 2' prodigy? As far as I can tell, there are no npc specific prodigies, so bosses get what players get.

Which boss has 'level 2' prodigy? As far as I can tell, there are no npc specific prodigies, so bosses get what players get.
One example will be the mage lord in Angolwen, this women have 6 prodigies: tiger eye, aether permeation, draconic body, elemental surge, lucky day, and meteoric crash.
Under Nightmare and Insane mode, those prodigies are level 2, and some of them are stronger, some are just same as the level 1 prodigies.
For example:
level 2 Meteoric Crash has a cooldown of -8 instead of 15.
level 2 Elemental Surge has a cooldown of -11 instead of 12
level 2 draconic body has a cooldown of 17 instead of 40

SO basicly all the cooldowns are reduced 23, which obiviously is a bug. However, it just give me the idea that if we can invest 2 points into the same prodigy will be fun.

yeah, and even if they did, prodigies dont scale with talent level

I'd rather keep prodigies at 1 talent point so there's no concern about balancing level 2 prodigies.

I started to think of how to balance that and my eyes literally crossed.
