[b43b] Game can no longer display HP, file freezes on load

See topic. As for why this happened, I was trying to rest in blighted soil, caught -Dex and -Con diseases and then Vitality kicked in and I popped a regen infusion and somewhere in there the game set my HP to 0/0 with regeneration rate of "Nan". I would guess it's an interaction between -Con (negative Con?) and Vitality. The save file link is included below, you will only get a black screen when trying to load it but the game log lights up with HP display errors.
