[b42] "save and exit" unresponsive games - windowed mode.

when you're in windowed mode you can "save and exit" an unresponsive game.

this came huge surprise for me; playing windowed*, i've reloaded from what were 'playtime lost' moments when in full-screen mode twice now and it seems to work; so at the risk of this being redundant i hope this observation helps someone/somewhere.

* the game seems to ignore the windows taskbar position and size, so make the shortcut to it start it maximized.
