[b42] resized toolbar problems

i made the toolbar(the bar with the icons) 2 lines wide (and maybe i changed the size of the icons too), and now I have same small problems with it. not always but sometimes:
1. i can't click, or the click activate the icon next to the pointer(not the one under the pointer).
2. the first few icon is out of the screen
3. the bottom line of the game area is behind the toolbar

OS: ubuntu 12.04. OpenGL shaders is disabled
