The debuff probability travel gives you is labeled "Time Prison".
You travel through doors with probability travel on. That's okay, I guess, because you could want to leave a door closed.
However, if the space you'd end up in is a no teleport zone (such as the door into a vault), then nothing happens. So you can't open vault doors while probability travel is on.
