Ludum Dare 24 is over, and the games are out! There weren't very many good roguelikes, but there were a couple!
Darwinizer is really the best one. In Darwinizer, you play a monkey with a very short range shotgun (as you can just bump), without the ability to go left. So it's a side-scroller roguelike.
You can hit the left button just before the enemies die to steal their powers, in the form of genes, which you look at and use with the other button.
A Really Hard Roguelike is an a roguelike with four directional movement, and strange mouse controls. There's no level system, and you gain upgrades by going to new levels. So there's really no reason to kill monsters. It's pretty fun though.
