[b42] Healing Nexus can be cancelled

When an NPC inflicts healing nexus on me (stealing my heals), it counts as a beneficial effect and I can cancel it early.

Was just about to report this. Sadly, in my case, I got hit by it and didn't notice it for a while due to the beneficial nature of it("What the heck? Am I getting damaged this much by Shadow Veil? I don't see any negative healing modifiers..."), causing me to heal a Shadowblade/Wyrmic in Highpeak 9 about 3000 life while getting increasingly confused, and dying later due to losing a damage race.

This was fixed, but on a related note, the resistance shield from Premonition should also count as a debuff. Since the extra resistance applies before you take damage, it's always better to cancel the shield every time, thus allowing the damage type to adjust to whatever you get hit with next.
