[b41] Crash after clearing Tannen leaves no portal back
Similar to how crashing in the unremarkable cave leaves you unable to progress, I'm stuck in the west with no way back. Meranas is hanging around, but I can't talk to him to create the portal. I could probably fix this with the lua console, but hell if I have any clue how.
