[b40] epiphanous + dreamers mindstar set doesn't add psi

The epiphanous + dreamers mindstar set adds a certain amount of psi per turn when you mentally crit.

This character ended up with 100% mental crit (http://te4.org/characters/2460/tome/e0c ... 0e928ac956) and such a set, but I checked carefully, and the +5 psi per crit hit never happens.

DG - can this be fixed please?

I see the problem. I'll fix it.

Some mindslayer talents are still working off spellcrit which is part of the issue. The other part is bad copy paste on my part.
