Option to reset default UI positions

Inspired by this thread http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=4 ... 16#p131916 and my own experiences.

It would be nice to have a video option to reset the UI. Just a button that would delete the ui_settings and reset the module so that it would take effect.

It would probably save a lot of people a lot of frustration.
