[b38] Garkhul's set of items

For the first time ever, believe it or not, I actually wore both of Garkhul's items at the same time, and to my great surprise, I experienced an interesting event regularly occuring.

I examined both items and couldn't see any indication if it was connected to these two items, and there isn't.

So I chatted online during the game and someone told me what was happening.

Eventually, after much pondering, I did a compare (using CTRL) on the helm when it was being worn, and presto, the feature appears.

I think it should appear in the description though once both are worn, without one having to guess and press CTRL to see what the feature is.

It's a great feature by the way
