[b38] Quest Reward Increase Premonition

Playing Dwarf Archmage and received an increase from 1 -> 2 on the Premonition talent from the escort quest. On the active talent display the skill level was still showing as 1.3 instead of 2.6 after the reward was applied. After Deactivating and Reactivating Premonition the Skill level shows correctly. I did not test to see What the actual protection level was.

This happens whenever you increase a sustained skill. It doesn't show up correctly, however it is actually applying the correct level.
