The RANDOM_CONFUSION damage type uses the same number for the percentage chance to apply and for the effect duration leading to 14 turn confusions when Crooked Club applies it's effect.
I suggest Random Confusion be rewritten to a static duration (4 maybe) or the crooked club simply be converted away from this damage type and be rewritten using something like the Torment ego uses.

Seconded; but how about a 4 turn base duration that is affected by p.power? ...I mean you are bashing their heads with it.
