- Archers hitting me with Acc way lower than my def:
Last one was e.g. 51acc vs my 71def. It seemed to be able to consistently hit me.
Stuns or Confusion don't work, for no (obvious) reason:
Inspection shows no confusion/stun resistance, physical save is waaay lower than my physical power (e.g. 35 save vs 79 power) and the attacks where hits, of course. I think this might happen only with uniques.
The skills I used are Dual Strike, Dirty Fighting and Skullcracker.

For the archer: Is it possible that it was shooting "unerring" ammo? That would give it a bonus of 500 to accuracy (before adjustments due to tiers), although you are describing it as a more common problem than would be from that.
For confusion, you need to measure it against their mental save, not physical IIRC, though I doubt that that's the issue if you have good enough stats. Do they immediately get infusion saturation and pain suppression after you attempt a stun/confusion? If so, they are using a Wild infusion to immediately clear the status effect.

Might be a general archery problem though.
My latest Shadowblade death was from archers when normal attacks almost always missed, due to my high defense. Did not check the log though, but next time i will

Ok, i remembered to check the log this time:
I'm not really getting the 100% hit chance against ANY defense (as far as i understand it is now normalized to 100), unless that is a feature of unerring flight?
If so, could we please agree that NPCs should not have a resource that is only overpowered because it is LIMITED?
