Beta 35: two possible bugs

I just registered to ask these two questions about the game, as I recently downloaded the new version:

1) I haven't been able to use my online profile properly since downloading and installing it. All the achievements I unlocked are still unlocked. In the chat menu I can see that other players are online, but I can't talk in chat or see any of the global updates for player achievements, deaths, etc.

2) All of the monsters are behaving extremely retarded. With the Temporal Warden I created, I've been able to use archery on almost every creature without them moving towards me; I just sit there and snipe them from a distance with no danger. This usually happens when they are at a bit of an angle (like 3-4 spaces in one direction and 1 offset in the other) and there is a piece of terrain in the way that I can shoot around; they don't advance in that position. I've also had it in wide open areas, though, and am just able to pick everything off without effort.
