Help: Game won't sync with server properly...

I have problem with game syncing with server for several days already...maybe it's caused by me using tethered phone internet...maybe it's the game going on white/blackscreen/not responding if I left it at main screen, pressing new game...anyway...

The thing is: for some reason the game just won't online sync properly...when I tried to log in, sometimes it properly says I'm in, sometimes it say I need to recheck password, but the buttom right text says I'm properly in...after the buttom right says I'm in, I tried to press new game, and after I created a character, the game will report that it switched to offine profile because there's no online profile active, even after I've already logged in...there's once that it claimed the game is a bad version too...

I tried deleting the save folder and relogin...it still doesn't work...or sometimes it works, then it'll go back not working again...

Help?
