[b34] trollmire missing final level + character duplicates

Firstly there was no entrance to the final level on trollmire.

After going to town then back to trollmire to see if it had appeared, I couldn't get past the 1st level due to duplicates of my character standing over/near the level 1 exit.

Any tips on fixing the duplicate character bug by editing the save? Or do I need to scrap that character and start over?

Are you able to just leave the level and never return? If so then you won't need to abandon the character at least.
