It should if picking up items or other inventory management (equipping etc...) does, it shouldn't if it doesn't. That's my $0.02 worth.

Most inventory management abilities have the potential to help you in combat, though. Changing equipment, picking something up, and so on can all potentially help you, so they should have a suitable risk when you're trying to stealth them.

Transmogrifying something never helps you in combat (maybe if you're burdened, but that's unlikely to happen.) So making it break stealth is purely a 'trap' for players who don't realize what will happen -- there's no reason not to have it be stealthy.

Technically untrue! It could help stealthed dwarf rogues with Money is Power.

Mind you, the chance it actually managing to get you +1 saves and that actually making a difference is practically nil, but still. The chance is there!

That said, wouldn't mind it if transmog didn't break stealth. Would be nice.
