"Of speed" ego display bug

The "of speed" ego says that it casts blinding speed, the description on it says that it is instant use. It is not.

It might make sense that all items take a turn to use, but the fact is that the description says that its instant, and because I saw it I thought I could use it to escape death... that didn't quite work.
