Unsure if this is a bug related to these items in particular, or set items in general.
Two scenarios:

First
- start with neither worn
a - Wear bindings
b - Wear crown
c - Get LUA bug, continue (submitted it once)
d - Crown shows affects in tool-tip but the affects are never applied to my char;Binding affects are applied

Second
- start with neither worn
a - Wear crown
b - wear bindings
c - Get LUA bug, continue (submitted it once)
d - crown affects shown in tool-tip go up... (this can be repeated by removing both items and re-equiping crown then bindings...) Unsure if anything is applied, some things show up in "c"har window, but some of them are wonky. Also, numbers generated during combat do not show that the changes are applied.

Quitting and restarting does not seem to affect this process, and "changes" made to the crown stick... so currently my crown shows about +120% darkness damage... Ahh, if this was only true.


[edit]: after dropping the bindings off in the store room (had to refight the horror, once inside no butler and my store room was empty), was able to equip the crown and it now gives indicated bonuses... fear me!
