Balancing Black Robe and Fiery Choker

I think that the Black Robe is somewhat overpowered, and the Fiery Choker could use a buff.
So I suggest the following:

- remove one of the three spells from the Black Robe
- add one decent fire-damage spell to the Fiery Choker

The Black Robe is probably over the top, but the Volcano from the chocker is really quite good, specially in AOE situations my last mage was never caught not wearing it since she found it
