A couple of simple changes...

Left Hand arrow: Leave the Name blank but don't allow progress until the name is filled in. Defaulting to player is not very imaginative
Right Hand arrow: Make sure that it is obvious that this is a selection box and there are other options.

Should have put in a third arrrow for the campaign as well, another make sure it is obvious there are other options.

I think it would be better if Campaign and Difficulty were lists of tickboxes like race and class are. Would make the options much clearer.

Also if Name is left blank maybe it should just give a random name?
