[b26] No respawning can lead to no ingredients

More an oversight than a bug... Alchemist quest requires some specific monster ingredients, some of which require enemies which can be location specific. If you clear the appropriate dungeon before getting the quest then it's impossible to complete.

Options:
- Bring back monster respawning
- Cause ingredient drops regardless of quest status (so those who want to can hang on to them)

Yes, I approve of the no-respawn change overall, but it's made the Brotherhood quest very problematic. For instance, by the time Yeeks get the quest they've probably already killed all ritches and so can't get the ritch stinger.

Adventurer parties now can drop ingredients
