Hate Decay

Playing as a Doomed, I was constantly running into the problem of Hate management. Most of the time I could keep it above 10, but if there were no battles, it would drop to zero. I am almost never between the two extremes. A method that would make you work to maintain full hate in battle, while still allowing you to carry some between them is to make hate decay faster the higher its level is.

I would suggest keeping the decay rate the same as before at 5/10 hate, double at 10/10 and half at 0.1/10.

Even if you halve the rate below a certain point, a long walk, a recall, a shopping trip, etc. will still make you a friend to all creatures. It's generally fine for me though. Open a fight from a distance with a Feed or Devour Life on the toughest foe, maybe Seethe if necessary, and you'll have sufficient hate to get you started killing.
