[b22] inaccessible rooms in vault--can't even dig

I encountered a vault in the High Peak that had inaccessible rooms. I could find no wall that was tunnel-able. This vault has lava floors and was populated with fire drakes and wyrms, and luminous horrors. Check out the small rooms on the right and left of the attached screenshot of the vault:

There are diggable walls, but I forgot to consider the lava floors. Maybe I'll put some solid ground in there so you have something safe to stand on while you dig. Or maybe I'll make an illusory wall tile and start using those instead of diggable walls.
