[b24] Sandworm:4, all ground spawn items unique/randarts

Playing my temporal warden, I'm clearing through Sandworm Lair as my usual "next stop" in the teens after maze. It's going normal, until I get to level 4. I noticed that there is a very large number of uniques/randarts on the ground, but I didn't think much of it beyond luck. I went back a couple levels to finishing exploring the ones I'd already passed, thinking maybe sandworm just has a high incidence rate for uniques, but when I came back to level 4 there were all new ground spawns, and every one was a new unique/randart. Cleared to 7, killed queen, came back, and all new unique/randart ground spawns again.

Not sure what all info you'll want me to upload, if you need any such info. But, for example, te4_log.txt on my third trip to level 4:

Interesting. I've also found all artifacts on one level of SWL. I didn't go back after a respawn though but the rate was pretty high (walked out with 7+ artifacts from one level).

This has happened to me several times; I think it's only choosing a rarity level once for generating an entire vault? Here's a SVN 3212 stdout:

On a recent character the Old Forest I had the same bug, as the items were all the same colour on the same level. White, blue, green, green, white, green, then purple for levels one to seven respectively. This only applied to items generated on the ground, not ones carried by monsters, and held over several visits.

I've had a couple of occurances in svn 3212 where nothing but lore notes spawned on a level.
