[b24] Doomed spell ranges

The Doomed spells Blast and Willful Strikes can not be targeted at all tiles that show up as blue on the targeting display, or that would be within a normal range of four. They can't be targeted four over and one up for example.

EDIT: Also Agony, feed, and devour life.
