[b24] Doomed spell targetting through walls

The Doomed skills Feed (including Devour Life level 5), Agony, Willful Strikes, and Hateful Whisper (and perhaps more, I haven't tested them all) can all be targeted at, and hit outside of your line of sight, through walls, at enemies that you can not see if you target the square they are on. Feed gives only one turn of hate gain before deactivating, but Devour Life still leeches health if it is used to activate it.
