Lightning speed isn't breaking the resist cap so when it times out (I think) it's removing the wrong number.
Anyway when Lightning Speed times out it's setting lightning resist to -21719081230912831098%

Re: Lightning Speed bug
Standing next to me, having just used Lightning Speed recently, is a storm drake. It has -2147483648 HP.
Damn. It killed me. I was running around, unable to kill it, while it chased me... eventually I ran into a dead-end corridor, and I couldn't get OUT of it. Since there were Gwelgo-whatevers behind it breathing lightning on it (and me), I couldn't even Heave it away....

Re: Lightning Speed bug
Funny. I just fired up a Dwarf Wyrmic and occasionally my hitpoints get set to the weird negative number, making me invulnerable until the next level up.
Re: Lightning Speed bug
That's part of this bug
When you get hit and you have a bugged out resist the game is giving you infinite damage, overloading the buffer and setting your hit points negative. Watch out for invincible Storm Drakes
