[Beta 19] Saving the game doesn't work.

Hi,

I'm on Windows 7 x64 and still have the same problem since the first Beta I tried (b15):

Saving the game just doesn't work. It appears to work, but actually no save game is written.

This happens only when there is a non ASCII character in the name of the user profile. For me it's an 'ü'. Everything works fine when using a user account without a "special character".
