Alt + Tab disables?

I assume this is more of an engine bug. So i switch back and forth between alot of things and sometimes when i switch back to ToME the keyboard doesnt work. Easy to fix by alt tabbing out and back in, but still that shouldnt happen.

Clicking on the ToME window makes it work again. Still, would be nice to get rid of this problem.

Press Alt once and will do the same than clicking the window.
