traps in paths of the dead
Most of the traps in the paths of the dead are quite reasonable. However, some of them can be very high. I just lost a character to a trap that did 131 damage. Really? That seems a bit excessive, particularly since it was down on level 7. I suggest perhaps a damage cap per trap for the area.

Yeah, I saw that too. But unless you're playing a cursed undead you could just rest after every megatrap. From observation none of the generated traps will one-shot you from full health, but some (like yours) will come close. 110 acid damage was the worst I saw in 12b. This "problem" also exists in the maze.. some traps do 10 damage, next trap you see does 140. Ow.

The one I hit did one-shot me from full health. That character, a shadowblade I think, but he coudl have been an archer, was at full hp and died at -20.
