Get killed by The Master x times. (I can think of a name for this based on a certain TvTropes page but it uses swearing, and I don't really know the limits for that on this site.)
Dragon Slayer: Defeat Ratha (?) the Worm.
Lost yet?: Hit x dead ends in the maze. (Not sure how this could be coded.)
Killed the un-killable: Kill a tunneler sandworm.
I think you broke It: Cause the game to run at less than 1 frame/second.
Amoral: Turn down x escort requests. (Or other side quests, when they are added.)
Immoral: Kill x escort-ees. (Had to look up the difference between the two. I THINK I have it right.... maybe.)
Barrel roll!: Uh......
Camper: Kill x enemies while under the "Aim" sustained ability. (I think that's the name, its the one where you can't move)
MORE DAKKA: Kill x enemies while under the "Rapid Fire" Sustained ability (Again, think that's the name)
Bloody Murder: Kill x enemies while under the "Blood Frenzy" sustained ability.
Eye of the Storm: Kill x enemies with the "Thunderstorm" sustained ability. (Sensing a pattern?)
Flame Incarnate: Kill x enemies with the "Flame Body" sustained ability. (Note that these all have to be in one go; if the sustained ability is turned off the count resets.)
Against all odds: Kill an enemy x levels above you. (Should be something high)
NINJA VANISH!: Use a smoke bomb.
Just a Flesh Wound: Be at 0 hp. (That doesn't kill you, by the way.)

Don't Know Don't Care: Sell x unidentified items.
Bigger Explosions are Better: Max Explosion Expert. (Really, is there any reason to actually do this? It's technically 6.5 talent points at max level - that would be a radius 7 explosion!)
<Element> Master - max every talent of a certain element.

Master's Recital - Defeat the Master using only sound-based attacks (Warshout, shattering shout, etc.)
East Denied - Die before entering the far east but after killing Golbug.
Subservient - Submit to the assassin lord at over level 20.
In A Hurry? - Clear Tol Falas, Moria, and enter the far east without entering any other dungeon.
Valued Customer - Spend over 500 gold at one store.
Showstopper - Kill a unique enemy with one attack.
Hydrophobic - Beat the game without touching any water.
Junior Sandworm - Get caught in 20 Sandworm Lair cave-ins.
Security Blanket - Have five sustained abilities active at once.
Ruination - Give an enemy four simultaneous negative effects.
Shaped Like Itself: Name your golem "Golem".
Boom, Soulshot - Deal over 500 damage with a blight-based attack.
Implacable - Get over 100 defence.
Unstoppable - Get over 100 armour.
Arrow Time - Get over 100 ranged defence.
Pratfall - Die while stunned from a slippery rock.
... What? - Get killed in one hit from full HP.
*hour-long curse-filled rant* - Die immediately after using a scroll of phase door/teleport.
Sweet Irony - Fall to the Master once, revive with Blood Of Life, and kill him with a rush.
