how to remove old save files??

I've got a save file from beta 2 that is still showing up and occasionally confusing my poor old mind. I tried to open up beta 2 to remove it, but it's from the bug where when you die, the time just scrolls by very fast. Any idea of how I can get rid of it?

several ways:

a) just make a new character with the same name and then kill that one off (or play it)

b) go to your user directory (HOME) and then go to \T-Engine\4.0\tome\save\ and delete the save file there.
