Targeted Phase Door is only LOS

As I often use phase door to escape LOS of nasties like mages and archers, the targeted teleport of 4/5 or greater phase door really crimps its utility. I think it should be changed to appropriately teleport to a square of choice within range, regardless of obstructing obstacles.
