The Store Wish List changes in particular were kind of tricky to integrate, since lots of our component addons modify the inventory and store dialogs, so let me know if I broke anything in the process.

v17i.2 for both fixes another bug that broke adding items to the store wish list. AFAICT this is code that I copy/pasted from Store Wish List to ZOmnibus, then found the bug and fixed in the former but not the latter,
so we don't have to push a new release for Store Wish list for this.
