[1.5.3] Shalore Shadowblade - because Rogues are too squishy

I feel that Skeleton is much better and more suited to 20% XP penalty rather than 40%. If you want to try this, see:

Rebalances race xp penalties more in line with their power:

Shalore = 35%
Thalore = 25%
Skeleton = 20%
Ogre = 40%
Ghoul = 20%

Note: may not work correctly if these races have already had their xp penalties changed.
