APR is Armor PieRcing. It's on mindstars to make them (almost) ignore the armor values of a targets physical defense. Psiblades enhance this further, but are not required. It's also what can make them effective weapons on characters that don't necessarily cast mind-powers. (Rogue has a gimmick build giving it psiblades and twin mindstars. Rather effective with flurry.)

APR is armor penetration. Mindstars have absurdly high APR, so they basically slice right through most enemy armor.

Does armor stop mind damage? Nature damage?

Armor stops melee and archery damage regardless of what flavour it is. So if someone slaps you with a nature-damage mindstar, your armor may reduce some of the damage (but note that mindstars have very high APR). If someone shoots you with a magical arrow made out of fire, again, your armor will work, because it was an arrow (weapon) and not a spell. If someone shoots a fireball spell at you, your armor will not help you, unless you're a Stone Warden with the right talent combo.

About the 'Keepsake' quest for the Cursed class:

(a bit spoilerish)
Where is Berethh supposed to spawn?
I've been back and forth all over the map(s)... no sight of him.
Did I miss him? I shot straight for the worldmap exit the first time around after the fight in the cave and just returned ~2 levels (after the Master, to be exact) later, because I read on the wiki how the quest is supposed to end. I could have sworn there was no NPC. :?

Hey guys I'm having a problem, I think my game is bugged. Novice mage(between maze and old forest), who gives quest for arcane artifact does not appear. I've searched entire continent by now. Also, after completing all tier1 dungeons there's no stormcloud above derth as usual. Any ideas whats going on ? Undead/Arcane blade btw.

I can't help with the apprentice mage.

For the stormcloud over Derth, you probably aren't high enough level yet. Undead races have a high XP penalty. The stormcloud doesn't appear until you're level 14 (used to be level 12 several versions ago).

Dumbest question of all...

did I REALLY just leave Razorblade in the transmogrification chest when I left that level?

(I'm trying very hard to kick myself in the head right now.)

does movespeed let you act before enemies when walking around corners?

for instance is max celerity on paradox mage any good for survival on a glass cannon build?

Question about Luck , does it influence the "quality" and frequency of the rare items left behind by monsters if you take "Lucky Day" as a prodigy, or is the % too small to really have any kind of believable influence ?

The luck stat has absolutely no influence on the items you receive. At all. Through any means. Does not affect the quality of items, or the number you get, or the rarity.

Thanks, so it confirms to me that it was a complete waste of prodigy choice i really should have took an usefull one instead of testing Lucky Day that i never took before.

And i'm now in the slime tunnels and didn't noticed any difference during a battle from before and after picking the prodigy since i started the Prides, i don't feel i am doing more damage/more hits/avoid hits/etc... , basically it's as if i never took the prodigy :/

Best use for lucky day is stacked with a halflings second racial, which makes your chance to dodge X%, where X is your luck. (Which is 50, base.) The bonus +40 (and +5 luck requirement to get the prodigy) gives you a minimum 95% chance to dodge physical hits, after being hit once to trigger it. That's a rather significant effect. That said, it does affect crit rate, and some evasion bonuses. But the crit rate is only about... what, 3% per 10 luck or something? The difference on most characters is rather insignificant.

Maybe if it also boosted crit damage modifier... (a lucky crit would hit harder...)

Ah ok, thanks for the precision so that's basically a Halfling-oriented prodigy and a waste for the other races (waste because there are much better prodigies to get).
Will have to remember that if i ever run a Halfling (assuming i can get him to survive until level 30 of course)

Here are some stupid questions from my bulwark ;)
1) What does "Block 2" do comparing to "Block 1"?
2) Do shields block any damage if I don't activate Block talent?
3) Does shield block first attack only or several attacks during a single turn?
4) Sometimes I use block when an enemy is one hex away and still get Counterattack status on it. I guess it happens because the monster has 110+ movement speed and happened to move and attack me during 1 turn. Is it possible to predict when the monster gets the extra move?
Thank you.
