Saruman and his corpse

Is it possible to get Sarumans corpse? Is there a list of specials for which a corpse simply won't drop? I know in general Uniques can drop corpse if you have a decent corpse pres skill or some good luck, but what about Saruman, and later Sauron etc? Playing through a possessor after about 18 months away from the game and wan't to know as I'll be at levels I'll be running into Saruman soon.
